Earning your bachelor’s degree at NIU puts you in a position to succeed. While starting salaries depend on variables like your employer and your field of study, the average salary for NIU alumni entering the workforce after earning their bachelor’s degrees in 2022-23 was more than $60,000.

According to Forbes.com, the median annual earnings of 25-to-34-year-old workers with a bachelor’s degree is $59,913 while the average salary for NIU graduates ages 25 to 35 is $71,834.
